Eric Chase:

With 35+ years of experience in the Real Estate industry across Australia and New Zealand, Eric has had an impressive career with a strong background in real estate Sales, Project Management, Property Management and Office Ownership / Management since 1986. Eric has been involved in numerous major sales throughout his career and has negotiated and sold residential and commercial properties ranging in price from $10,000 to in excess of $110,000,000.

Eric has been a developer in his own right in Australia in 1980's and 1990's and has been involved in the acquisition and development of several multi-unit properties in Queensland. He also ran his own crew of tradespeople for many years buying, renovating, marketing and selling several homes in and around Brisbane. However since moving his family to New Zealand in 1998 he has mainly concentrated on real estate sales and office ownership / management.

As owner and sole director of Selling NZ Ltd and Zest for Realty Ltd t/a RE/MAX Zest, with offices in Remuera, Auckland, Eric is able to harness the strength of his award winning sales team to bring not only his own strong marketing, sales and negotiation expertise to any project, but also that of his sales and administrative staff.

Eric has worked within a number of leading Real Estate Agencies throughout his career in New Zealand and Australia, having owned and operated franchises under the RE/MAX, Bayleys and Raine & Horne banners over a 30 year period. He was also responsible for establishing the Open2View franchise system in the USA and Canada, negotiating franchises in Hawaii, Washington, Nevada, Texas, Florida North & South, Georgia and North Carolina as well as Alberta in Canada.

Eric also works as a corporate and residential auctioneer, developing a bilingual auctioneering system that has been highly successful in today's multi-cultural market.
