I have been successfully selling Real Estate in the Nelson district for over 20 years now and I am proud to be the owner of RE/MAX Elite.
Real Estate, as a profession, offers me the opportunity to meet new people and I take delight in matching the right buyers to the right homes. During the past 5 years I have expanded my business to include aspects of the building industry and with this specialised knowledge, I have become a residential section * specialist" to the degree of now being known as * The Section Lady". Don't be fooled into thinking that sections are all I sell, my house sales record is almost on a par with my sections.
I feel that with this added knowledge I am fully confident of being able to assist clients with purchasing either an existing home or building their dream home.
Customer service is the major part of my business approach and I provide this by endeavouring to understand people's individual requirements. I have found that the biggest bonus of this business is the amount of friends I have made from past sellers and buyers.
