Tanya has been involved in property all her life – buying, selling, investing, developing, designing, planning, construction, subdividing, managing.  She is a very experienced and well respected Licensed Real Estate Agent having commenced her Real Estate selling career in 1997.  She holds many awards over for consistently being in the top 5% of performing Real Estate Agents and has brokered deals in NZ, Australia and the USA.

Having gained her Commerce degree from Victoria University in 1990 majoring in commercial law, finance & marketing, Tanya went on to establish her own Chartered Accountancy practice based in the Capital specialising in property & holding many Body Corporate management roles & Government Board Advisory roles. She is a Treasury & Cabinet trained negotiator having advised Prime Ministers & Ministers of Finance & Trade while working in the NZ Treasury. She had dedicated the prior decade to working in CA firms helping grow medium sized businesses and building up capabilities in the property & investment sectors.  

Tanya holds an Associate and partially completed Licentiate from Trinity College in London for piano performance along with a partially completed Music Performance degree in piano from Victoria University. She holds a QEIII Arts Council Award for Contribution to Music, the Arts & the Community.
