RE/MAX RALLY SETS COURSE FOR A BRIGHTER FUTURE

In a thrilling prelude to the prestigious awards gala this February at the Pullman Hotel in Auckland, members of RE/MAX New Zealand enjoyed an electrifying rally, marked by insightful speakers and invaluable networking opportunities with colleagues and business partners.

Themed "Brighter Future...Greener Pastures," this year's event, according to RE/MAX CEO Don Ha, symbolised optimism, and resilience amidst recent challenges. "The past twelve to eighteen months have been challenging for us all, but 2024 promises prosperity. With dedication, loyalty, and trust in our brand and people, we're poised to make a significant impact,".

Highlighting the commitment to sustainability, RE/MAX New Zealand aims to embrace environmentally friendly practices. "In real estate, paperwork is paramount, but as times evolve, so do we. We're committed to a greener future," he affirmed.

RE/MAX New Zealand CEO and the head office team congratulate all the award recipients for 2023 and extend their gratitude to the entire RE/MAX New Zealand network, recognising their dedication, excellence, and contribution to the brand's success. "We appreciate our team's hard work and unwavering support to the RE/MAX brand."

“We extend our deepest gratitude to our valued clients for their unwavering trust and support in the RE/MAX brand and our dedicated team of professionals. Your confidence in us fuels our commitment to excellence and drives us to continually raise the bar in delivering exceptional service.”

The day was a resounding success, thanks in no small part to RE/MAX Capital Legacy's broker-owner, Ivan Wong Kee, who served as the MC, and the unwavering support of our business partners.

This year saw Lisa Walden from RE/MAX Stars in Pokeno being awarded the top salesperson and supreme salesperson award for 2023, followed by Loua Boshoff, RE/MAX Realty Group, and Angela Maindonald of RE/MAX Team Realty from New Plymouth rounding out the top three.

Top Small Team was Team Kloppers of RE/MAX Realty Group in Warkworth, top medium team was The Sold Sisters of RE/MAX Capital Legacy in Wellington and Top Large Team, none other than Team Jerry from RE/MAX Partners in Flat Bush.

Hayden Hu, RE/MAX Prestige in Botany, was named Rookie of the Year and Manpreet Randhawa, RE/MAX Champion in Wellington, named Young Salesperson of the Year.

RE/MAX Partners – Flat Bush, with broker owner Frank Cui, once again claimed the Pinnacle Enterprise Award, the network’s highest business performance accolade. Lisa Walden, RE/MAX Stars, taking the coveted Broker Owner of the Year and Kate Bradley, RE/MAX Elite from Nelson, holding the prized CEO Cup.

Four New Zealanders were inducted into the RE/MAX International Hall of Fame: Ben Kloppers, Nola Kloppers and Kim Gordon from RE/MAX Realty Group and Mel Stevens from RE/MAX Team Realty. This honour belongs to an elite group whose members have generated more than $1million USD in gross commission, and membership is for life.

Excitement soared as RE/MAX announced its sponsorship of the Hurricanes and Poua rugby teams, a personal goal for Mr. Ha. "It's a privilege to sponsor a Super Rugby team. We're eager to support families on their real estate journey and contribute to the players' post-sport legacy," he shared.

With a global network spanning over 144,000 agents across 110 countries and territories, RE/MAX remains steadfast in its pursuit of growth. Mr. Ha, alongside COO Mala Maharaj, have expressed their goals, setting ambitious targets for the next five years; the company aims to expand its network to include over a thousand agents and fifty additional offices.
