Thays graduated in System Analysis in São Paulo before moving permanently to New Zealand in 2019. After settling in Queenstown, she spent five years working at a five star hotel, where she developed exceptional communication skills and learnt how to maintain luxury properties to the highest standard.
With a strong foundation in customer service and a natural ability to keep operations running smoothly, Thays transitioned into residential property management, bringing all her transferable skills into her new career. She is an extremely committed, analytical and hard working person who is always willing to assist our landlords with anything they need.
Outside of work, Thays is a very active person. She enjoys CrossFit and spends her afternoons at the gym or biking around the beautiful Queenstown outdoors
